- Shipping Time: Once your book is ready, Australia Post delivers within 3-5 business days for major metropolitan areas. For rural or remote areas, delivery may take 1-2 days longer.
- Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS (if provided) with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.
International Shipping
- Carrier: We use DHL Express or Australia Post for international shipping, depending on the destination country.
- Processing & Printing Time: Similar to domestic orders, printing requires 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary but typically take 1-2 weeks depending on courier backlogs and destination.
- Customs and Import Fees: Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
